He completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) degree from Chittagong Medical College & Hospital (Chittagong University) and Doctor of Medicine (Cardiology) degree from the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) and obtained FICC from India and FACC from USA.
Field of expertise
• Over 16 years, he worked in NICVD in different positions as an Assistant Registered up to Assistant Professor from the year 1986 to 2003.
• He is a specialist in Interventional Cardiology such as Cardiac Catheters for congenital heart disease, coronary angiogram, PTCA & stenting in coronary and peripheral and renal arteries, permanent pacemaker implants including single, dual chamber & CRT-D, mitral & pulmonary valvuloplasty and so on.
