Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) EX-PG Hospital, Dhaka.Dr MD Eakub Ali graduated from Dhaka medical college under University of Dhaka in 1978 And started his career in Dermatology and venereology at the same institution.He joined government service under the Ministry of Health and welfare Bangladesh in 1979. He was also appointed as an assistant surgeon in the department of Dermatology and Venereology until June, 1981.Dr MD Eakub Ali obtained DDV from Institute of postgraduate Medicine and research (IPAM & R) Under University of Dhaka in 1982 and joined as junior consultant of Dermatology in sir salimullah Medical College and Mitford Hospital until June 1989.He joined as assistant professor in 1998 in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical College Dhaka and was promoted as associate professor in 2000.In 2013 he was promoted as a professor.During his professional life he was involved in teaching at the Medical Institute of MBBS,Diploma MD and FCPS in addition to working as an examiner. He obtained (MACP) membership of American College of Physicians in 2009.He obtained the FRCP Fellowship of Royal College and physician and surgeon of Glasgow in 2016.He holds more than for 40 years of experience in the field of Dermatology and venereology. |
